The Y offers a wide variety of exercise classes for all fitness levels to Y members at no additional cost. Classes vary by location. To see classes at your Y, view the Schedules page.

 

Yoga Level 1

Enjoy a non-strenuous, quiet, and meditative or restorative yoga class. All levels; beginners welcome.

Yoga Level 2

A class for beginning and continuing students practicing the fundamentals of basic yoga postures with attention to body and breath awareness to increase movement and vitality while reducing stress. Sitting, standing, basic twisting postures and gentle back bends are practiced. You must be able to get up and down from the floor. All levels; beginners welcome.

Yoga Level 3/4

For those who are ready to move to the next level of yoga practice, with a focus on building endurance, refinement of the principles of alignment, and more variations of poses. Link breath and movement with flowing sequences for a cardio ride with yoga! Intermediate/advanced fitness levels.

Yogalates

This low impact class will develop your core strength and stabilization through Pilates poses and will improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture, and alignment. . All levels; beginners welcome.
