Hello! I am Nikita Glenn, Preschool Director for the Y Sherman Early Childhood Center in Baltimore City. I look forward to meeting you and your family!

My journey with the Y began in 2017 as the Education and Enrichment Specialist for Y Preschool. Since then, I've moved into my current role where I have had the privilege of shaping the foundation of your children’s education and ensuring their classroom experience is a safe space for curiosity and discovery.

My personal philosophy is simple: “Many facets in life affect a child’s potential to grow; make sure you are a positive force.” For me, it’s all about nurturing the hearts and minds of the children we serve and watching them blossom and thrive. In turn, the positive relationships I develop with families nurture my love for what I do and inspire me every day.
