Precious Clark, Preschool Director

I am thrilled to introduce myself as your Preschool Director. With more than 25 years of dedicated experience with the Y in Central Maryland, I have had the privilege of growing alongside this organization, beginning my journey as an Assistant Teacher before advancing to Lead Teacher, Early Learning Coach, and Site Director.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Coppin State University. This academic foundation fuels my passion for supporting the "whole child.” I specialize in developing meaningful classroom interactions and implementing curriculum that meet the highest standards of care and education, helping to drive student achievement. 

My goal is to ensure that every student grows socially, emotionally, and cognitively within a joyful, nurturing learning environment. I am honored to be able to bring both my experience and my heart to this community and dedicated team of educators, and to partner with families to help every child thrive.
