Hi. I’m Mike Walters and I have the privilege of serving as the Executive Director of the Hill Y in Westminster. I’ve been in this role since 2009 and have worked for the Y since 1994, so I guess you could say I’m a lifer! One of my favorite things to do at the Y is engage with our members and hopefully brighten their day. Our community is so friendly and warm. When I hear people say that “the Y is like a second family,” I am so gratified, and I agree! 

I believe part of our success comes from building a great team and celebrating all our accomplishments, big and little. We believe passionately that every day at the Y we have an opportunity to create something better for our community and we try to do just that.

I am here to support you and your family’s healthy living journey and ensure a positive member experience in a welcoming environment of inclusion and belonging for all.
