The Y offers a wide variety of exercise classes for all fitness levels to Y members on at no additional cost. Indoor and outdoor classes are available. Members can join a class on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise indicated in the class schedules. Outdoor classes and other select classes will require tokens. 

If a class requires a token, simply go to the center and scan in. You’ll be given a token to take to your class instructor. Tokens are distributed no earlier than 30 minutes before class.

Core Conditioning

Strengthen your core (abs, low back, hip areas) using body weight, stability balls, bands and other exercise tools. All levels; beginners welcome.


A short, sharp workout that will strengthen your body and tighten and tone your midsection and buttocks. Exercises are designed to improve functional strength for better mobility and injury prevention. All levels; beginners welcome.
