The Y offers a variety of exercise classes for all fitness levels to Y members at no additional cost. Indoor and outdoor classes are available. Members can join a class on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise indicated in the class schedules. Outdoor classes and other select classes will require tokens. 

If a class requires a token, simply go to the center and scan in. You’ll be given a token to take to your class instructor. Tokens are distributed no earlier than 30 minutes before class.

A high energy, fun martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Learn how to safely punch, kick and strike your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. All levels; beginners welcome.

An enhanced, 8-week, indoor group cycling class designed to challenge riders to complete a series of 1-hour “stage” rides modeled after stages of the Tour de France. The program incorporates heart rate monitoring.ts. Each stage progressively builds endurance, stamina, strength and speed in preparation for a final 2-hour long ride! Riders must bring their own heart rate monitor. The first class is 2-hours long and includes heart rate training instruction, bike setup and an orientation ride. Participants must be 16 years or older. All levels; beginners welcome!
