TOUR DE Y
An enhanced, 8-week, indoor group cycling class designed to challenge riders to complete a series of 1-hour “stage” rides modeled after stages of the Tour de France. The program incorporates heart rate monitoring.ts. Each stage progressively builds endurance, stamina, strength and speed in preparation for a final 2-hour long ride! Riders must bring their own heart rate monitor. The first class is 2-hours long and includes heart rate training instruction, bike setup and an orientation ride. Participants must be 16 years or older. All levels; beginners welcome!
URBAN LINE DANCE
Choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in lines, all facing the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. It’s a fun, exciting way to dance your way to good health! All levels; beginners welcome.
Body sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music, led by a Zumba certified instructor. All levels; beginners welcome.
