The Y offers a wide variety of exercise classes for all fitness levels to Y members on at no additional cost. Indoor and outdoor classes are available. Members can join a class on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise indicated in the class schedules. Outdoor classes and other select classes will require tokens. 

If a class requires a token, simply go to the center and scan in. You’ll be given a token to take to your class instructor. Tokens are distributed no earlier than 30 minutes before class.

Meditation

Relieve stress through the awareness of the breath, body and mind connection through guided imagery led by an instructor. Become more present, not just during the class but in your life as well. All levels; beginners welcome.

Nia

Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, Nia tones your body while transforming your mind through holistic fitness practices that address each aspect of your life - body, mind and soul. It's much more than just a workout. All levels; beginners welcome.

Tai Chi

Fluid movements to help settle and focus the mind, relax the body, and coordinate strength. All levels; beginners welcome.
