“Eat Healthy” and “Exercise” are the number one New Year’s Resolutions year after year. They remain at the top of the list because so many people are well intentioned but just can’t seem to make that type of change stick. “Eat Healthy” is simply too difficult to define. To make lasting change, we need to be more specific about what it is we’re trying to do. Read on for my top 10 actionable items to master that “Eat Healthy” once and for all.
