During your initial registration, you must accept a waiver stating that you agree to be charged a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee (per camper). The fee will be added to your Y account and charged to the credit card used at the time of registration. Please Note: If you register for additional weeks at a later date, the waiver will reappear and must be accepted, but you will not be charged an additional registration fee.
6. Once you've registered for camp, you will be emailed a link to our new communications portal (by May 1). Use this link to create your account and complete all required health and medical forms and our 2022 camp packet. Your registration cannot be finalized and campers cannot be admitted to camp without this information.
If you are not a returning camp family or Y member, you will need to set up an online Y account prior to registering. Simply follow the 'create an account' instructions that will appear during the registration process.

Payments for Y Overnight camps will be automatically drafted 30 days prior to the start of the camp week.
A complete payment schedule is included in the 2022 Camp Parent Handbook. If the balance is not paid, the camper will not be allowed to attend and the spot may be reassigned.
Each time a camper is initially registered, an automated welcome email is sent out from our online registration portal confirming your camp enrollment. In the Spring of 2022 (by May 1), you'll also receive an email from our online communications portal.
All parent communications will be sent out using this portal. To access the portal, you must use the link in the email that will be sent to you prior to the start of the program (by May 1). It will be customized to your Y account and your program enrollment selections.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please search your spam/junk/promotions folders and contact email@example.com if you need assistance. We ask that you please allow 48 business hours for resolution.
Every week, parents can expect to receive a camp newsletter with more information on themes, camp location specifics, camper shoutouts, reminders, as well as information on what to pack with your camper each day, information on pick-up/drop-off, and more.
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing and include the camper’s full name, camp location, dates of the weeks to be canceled, and a description of the request. All requests must be submitted to the Customer Service office either by fax at 410-779-9426 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Deposits and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a day camp week is canceled two weeks prior, the deposit will be forfeited and any further balance paid will be refunded. Cancellations made with less than two weeks notice will not be accepted and all fees will be non-refundable. For overnight camp, cancellation requests must be made 30 days in advance.
