Water exercise is easy on the joints, reinvigorating and therapeutic! The Y offers water exercise classes for all fitness levels to Y members at no additional cost. Members can join a class on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise indicated in the class schedules. Some classes may require tokens.

If a class requires a token, simply go to the center and scan in. You’ll be given a token to take to your class instructor. Tokens are distributed no earlier than 30 minutes before class.

Classes vary by location. To see class at your Y, check the Schedules page.

Participants will have one hour of drills and skill development followed by a one hour game. Strong treading water skills are needed.
