Temporarily Closed

As you may know, the Y Swim Center in Dundalk has remained closed due to a significant leak in the pool that cannot be repaired. After ongoing discussions with Baltimore County, which owns the building, they have confirmed that a full renovation is necessary, inclusive of a redesign and upgrades to the HVAC mechanical systems, lighting, electrical, tile, and the pool pump mechanics. 

This is a very complex renovation. The County's estimated start date for construction was October 2023 with an estimated completion date of Spring 2025.

While this update is not the news we hoped to share, the opportunities an improved facility would allow us to bring to the Dundalk and surrounding communities are promising.
