Join us at the Y in Druid Hill for a mobile health clinic on Wednesday, November 17th from 2pm - 5pm.
Child immunizations, wellness visits, sports physicals, and the Pfizer Covid vaccine (ages 5 & up) will be available.
All children age 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Please be sure to bring your insurance card (if available) and a photo ID.
