Please have available your insurance card to receive the vaccine with no co-pay. The cost without insurance is $25.

Social distancing guidelines strictly followed. Masks required for ages 2+

Vaccine available for participants ages 3+

A food distribution of perishable and non-perishable items will also be running from 5pm. Food will be distributed while supplies last.
