Think First to Prevent Falls

The R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center is committed to keeping Marylanders safe.  Partnering with the ThinkFirst National Injury Prevention Foundation, will offer free falls education classes to our seniors. Attendees will learn the essentials of fall prevention, tips for talking to their doctor, ideas for home modifications, strategies for medication management, exercise, and more.
