STEPS

1. In the box below, enter your email address or phone number.
2. If your information is on file, you will be prompted to log in with your password. If you do not know your password, click FORGOT PASSWORD and then click EMAIL ME A RESET PASSWORD LINK.
   Please note: If your information is not located, please try a different email address or phone number that we may have on file. You are not able to reset your password from the one-time code/quick login option.
3. Once logged in, click "My Account" and then "View Account" in the upper-right hand corner. This will open your profile.
4. Look to the left-hand side of your screen, in the gray box, under your name. Click the pencil icon under your birth date to enter or update your email address.
5. Click the lock icon on the right-hand side of the pop-up window to unlock the email field.
6. Enter your email address and click "Update".
