8AM - 9 AM: Aqua Zumba 9AM - 10AM: Water Fitness or Chair Yoga
10AM -11:45AM: Fragrance-making Workshop (2 sessions, 45 minutes each)
11AM - 12PM - Line Dancing 10AM - 12PM: Listening Sessions (4 sessions/2 facilitators)
There's also games and activities for those who prefer something less active. Enjoy refreshments, then finish up with a Soul Train conga line at 1 PM! See you there!
