Join us for Read Across America! This year, we're focusing on new children’s books that celebrate diversity. Volunteer to read this year's featured book, David’s Drawings to a group of 3-5-year-olds at one of our Y Preschool or Head Start centers.
The reading will not exceed 30 minutes. Volunteers are asked to dress in their favorite color (the students are too!) share why it's your favorite. Volunteers will also be able to contribute to the class mural.
