Kid's Cardio Fitness 

This is the perfect opportunity to rev up your child's cardio fitness with a Fitness Coach in this special event.

This is the perfect opportunity for your child to complete our Kids Cardio class. Led by a Fitness Coach, youth will learn the proper use of cardio equipment and fitness center etiquette and safety. Upon completion, they will receive a colored band to wear when they're at the Y to indicate they have completed the course and can safely use the cardio equipment.

When using the fitness center, youth must be supervised accordingly by a parent/guardian. See Youth Age Guidelines and Fitness Centers and Equipment in our member handbook.
