An energetic, play-based fitness program for kids aimed at getting them moving and having fun! All levels; beginners welcome.
Youth ages 8-12 are invited to take our Kids Cardio class (one 30-minute class) to learn the proper use of cardio equipment and fitness center etiquette and safety. Once successfully completed, youth may use the cardio equipment provided they fit the equipment properly and are directly supervised by a parent/guardian. Those who complete the class will receive a wristband that must be worn when in the fitness center. Kids Cardio is available to members at no cost. Register for Kids Cardio.
Teens age 13-15 are invited to take our Teen Quest class (two 1-hour classes) to learn proper use of cardio and strength equipment (excluding free weights) and fitness center etiquette and safety. Once successfully completed, teens may use the cardio and strength equipment (excluding the free weights) in the fitness center provided they fit the equipment properly. Those who complete the class will receive a wristband that must be worn when in the fitness center. Teen Quest is available to members at no cost. Register for Teen Quest.
