OUTDOOR GROUP EX REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • Please do not attend class if you are not feeling well.
  • Please follow social distancing requirements of six feet at all times.
  • Online pre-registration is required in order to participate.
  • Pre-registration opens 48 hours in advance of the class, and closes at 11:59pm the night before the class.
  • Class size is currently limited to 20 participants per class. We kindly ask that you register for no more than one class per day.
  • All classes are 30 minutes long.
  • Classes are led by our certified group exercise instructors.
  • Upon arrival, you must check-in at our outdoor station.
  • Please follow all spacing arrangements set by the instructor.
  • Please bring your own water and fitness mat (if needed).
  • After your class ends, we ask that you please depart immediately so the next class can arrive without overcrowding.
  • All classes are weather-permitting. If we need to cancel classes, a text alert will be sent out. Please OPT-IN TO "OUTSIDE GROUP EX" TEXT ALERTS HERE for the center(s) you attend. If A.M. classes are cancelled, a text will be sent by 7am the morning of classes.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so before 5pm the night before so that others may have an opportunity to register in your place. To cancel, please call your Y center.

INDOOR GROUP EX REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • Online pre-registration is required and will be available two days prior to your desired class.
  • Class sizes are limited to 10 per class (one instructor, nine participants). We kindly ask that you register for no more than one class per day.
  • Due to safety precautions, we are unable to provide fitness mats at this time. Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. 
  • Participants will be checked off of a registration list upon arrival. Unfortunately, if you are not on the list, you will be unable to participate. This is done to safeguard capacity limits.
  • Per the state mandate, members will be expected to wear a face covering at all times at the Y, “other than while swimming or engaging in other physical activities where the use of a face covering is likely to pose a bona fide safety risk; or if, due to a bona fide disability or medical condition, it would be unsafe for the person to do so, or to the extent that wearing a face covering would impede communication by or with persons who have a hearing impairment or other disability, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.”

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • Pre-registration is required as class sizes are limited.
  • Pre-registration will open two days prior to your desired class.
  • We ask that you register for no more than one class per day so that all members have an opportunity to participate.
  • Youth ages 11-15 may participate in water exercise with a parent. Both the youth and the parent must pre-register and both must be in the pool actively participating in the class.
  • Lockers and changing rooms are currently not available, so please remember to arrive ready to enjoy the pool directly after checking in at the front desk.
