Membership Types and Rates
Rates effective as of September 1, 2023
The join fee is a one-time charge that is applied during sign-up for a new Y membership. "New" is defined as not having a Y membership in the last 30 days.
$25 one-time fee
As a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening our community, we are proud to waive the joining fee and offer a 10% discount off of our monthly membership rate for those selflessly serving our community in the professions below. Simply bring in the appropriate proof of employment or service (noted below) to any Y family center.
- U.S. Armed Forces (active duty)
Proof of military service - First Responders (police, firefighters, EMS)
Proof of current employment such as a recent pay stub
Up to four adults plus all dependent children age 26 and under residing at the same address. (Ten person limit.)*

Any individual age 13-26.
$44/month
Any individual age 27-64.
$62/month
Any two people, at least one age 18 or older, residing at the same address.

Any individual age 65 and older.
$56/month
Any two people, at least one age 65 or older, residing at the same address.

Potentially reduce your rate by up to 75% with our relaxed Open Doors Savings requirements and simplified application process.
*We reserve the right to request proof of dependent children by way of 1040 tax forms.
We also offer center-specific memberships at our Y Swim Centers in Randallstown and Dundalk. These locations offer swim amenities and programs only. A center-specific membership is only valid at the center where it was purchased - either the Randallstown Swim Center or the Dundalk Swim Center. By becoming a Y member or participating in Y programs, services and events, you are agreeing to follow all Y in Central Maryland rules, policies and guidelines posted in our online member handbook, all of which are upheld in our Y family centers to help ensure the health, safety and well-being of Y members, volunteers, guests, and associates.
