New Group Exercise Classes are Here!

Try something different this fall with our new Les Mills group exercise classes (offered at no additional cost to Y members!). 
 

SPRINT: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike is a short, intense style of training.
 

BARRE: A modern version of classic balletic training! This 30-minute workout is a combination of cardio and strength.
 

BODYFLOW: Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
