Y Fitness Challenge Overview

  • Weekly group classes led by a personal trainer/group exercise instructor
  • Participants will be separated into teams
  • Each team will have a team captain
  • Each team will recieve coordinating t-shirts
  • Earn points for your team and work together to lose weight
  • Prizes for top female, male, and team weight loss, and for the team with the most points earned. 
  • Fee: Y Members - $65, General Public - $130
  • Registration going on now - 1st class meeting (orientation) will be held the week of January 2nd
