Y-UMBC '08 Dawg Chase
October 25, 2008, 7:00 a.m.
UMBC Campus
Join the Y of Central Maryland and UMBC on October 25th to run (or walk) to raise funds for Y Annual Giving and the UMBC Athletic Scholarship Fund!
Course Information: Runners will run 5K through the UMBC Campus. A one mile walk will be held at the UMBC Track Stadium. All runners and walkers will start at the UMBC Stadium. All runners will end the 5K race at Lot 17.
Entry Fee:
Early bird: $20 by Oct. 1st
After Oct. 1st: $25
Race Day: $30 (if race still open; limit 800 runners)
Awards:
Prize money of $100, $50 and $25 will be awarded to the first three finishers, male and female.
Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each of the following age groups:
| 15 & under | 16 to 19 | 20 to 24 |
| 25 to 29 | 30 to 34 | 35 to 39 |
| 40 to 44 | 45 to 49 | 50 to 54 |
| 55 to 59 | 60 to 64 | 65 & over |
Amenities: Top 100 finishers and times posted race day. Participants receive a race t-shirt (first 300 entries).

The Y's Annual Wine Tasting

The Y's annual wine tasting fundraiser in Savage, Maryland promises great wine, great food, and all for a great cause! All proceeds benefit the Y's annual campaign - providing scholarships for those who would otherwise not be able to afford Y programs. Ticket prices are not yet determined.
