FitLinxx®
Y of Central Maryland Health & Wellness Centers feature FitLinxx®, computerized strength training machines that remember your last workout and help you progress faster.
One-on-One Training
The Y offers two types of one-on-one fitness training:
Personal Training - our certified Personal Fitness Trainer will develop a fitness routine that is tailored to your specific needs including cardio and strength machines, free weights, stretching, plyometrics, agility drills and sport-specific training.
Fitness Advisor - our trained and certified fitness staff person will provide one-on-one sessions that consist of warm-up, stretching, use of cardio and strength equipement, cool down and closing stretches.
If you need an extra boost to your fitness routine, Y personal training or fitness advisor is the answer. (Program varies by location.)
Financial Assistance
The Y is a non-profit organization committed to developing positive character and building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities. Financial assistance is available on a sliding scale to those who would otherwise be unable to participate in a Y experience. Call your local center for more information.
