The Y has been serving the citizens of Baltimore City since 1858. Today, in addition to its Druid Hill and Weinberg Branch, the Y provides Head Start, After-School Programming, Summer Camp and Teen Programs through its Urban Services Division.

The Y has been serving the citizens of Baltimore City since 1858. Today, in addition to its Druid Hill and Weinberg Branch, the Y provides Head Start, After-School Programming, Summer Camp and Teen Programs through its Urban Services Division.
Youth Programs include:
- 2 full facility branches offering a variety of youth membership and program opportunities; including child care, camp, youth sports, etc.
- 7 Head Start sites serving 321 pre-school children each day
- 19 Out of School Program Sites serving approximately 1200 elementary, middle, and high school students each week; two sites are funded as 21st Century Community Learning Centers, one site located in a townhouse at College Gardens community is privately funded.
- Summer Camps - including two for homeless children and Super Kids Camp.
- City-wide Youth leadership and development programs - including Black Achievers, Youth in Government, Leaders in Training, Teen Leaders, Y Scholars, etc.
- Physical education/fitness programs for 4 BCPS sites.
- The Y is approved by MSDE to provide Supplemental Education Services.
