child(ren). I understand that my child(ren) must be fully enrolled and all paperwork completed and processed prior to my child attending Y Child Care. I also agree to review the entire Parent Packet prior to my child attending Y child Care. If I have any additional questions about the registration process or Y Child Care Parent Packet, I will contact my local Y child Care office.
