The Y of Central Maryland is always looking for good people like you to join the Y Team.  New Hires that come into the Y of Central Maryland through employee referrals are excellent contributors, and stay with the Y team longer.


This is where you as a Y of Central Maryland staff member can help!

If you know someone who would be a good addition to the Y of Central Maryland and they meet the qualifications for a bonus reward open position, you could receive $250.00.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:

  • Referral EligibilityAll Y of Central Maryland employees EXCEPT Vice President Levels and above, Human Resource, Managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates.

  • To be eligible for a bonus award, a completed and signed Candidate Referral form must be submitted to Human Resources with an attached resume or employment application.

  • The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with the Y of Central Maryland.  Former employees are not eligible candidates for referral rewards

  • Multiple referrals of the same candidate will be awarded to the first received.
  • The referring employee must be employed by the Y of Central Maryland during the hired candidates first 120 days of employment and have satisfactory performance in order to be eligible for the following bonus award positions:

     

$250.00 award amount for job openings Director level and below

Award is NOT applicable for former employees of the Y of Central Maryland, seasonal, contract, subs or other temporary positions.

Award is subject to all applicable payroll taxes
